Simple Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1- 1 1/2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cooked
  • 1/4 Cup White Onion Diced Finely
  • 1 1 /4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Chives
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. If you haven’t already, cook your chicken breast until done and dice your onion. (I recommend using cooled chicken for the next part)
  2. Add your chicken and onion to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl and add mayo, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Enjoy!
