Simple Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 1- 1 1/2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cooked
- 1/4 Cup White Onion Diced Finely
- 1 1 /4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dried Chives
- 1/2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
- If you haven’t already, cook your chicken breast until done and dice your onion. (I recommend using cooled chicken for the next part)
- Add your chicken and onion to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl and add mayo, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
