Cherry Cordial Old-Fashioned

If there is one thing that makes me nostalgic for the winter holidays, it would be cherry cordials. They were always something that made me smile, so I came up with a cocktail to encapsulate the taste. This riff on the classic old-fashioned is a great drink to make, easy to make, and is super tasty. It brings together three things I find delicious, chocolate, cherry, and bourbon.

Ingredients:

• 4 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
• 3 Dashes Spiced Cherry Bitters
• 2oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• Cocktail Cherry for garnish

Directions:

1. Add a piece of clear ice into an old-fashioned glass.
2. Add your bitters, bourbon, and simple syrup.
3. Mix well for 20 seconds.
4. Add your cocktail cherry and enjoy!
