Breakfast Casserole
An easy to make casserole for the weekend that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 12 eggs beaten
- 24oz frozen hashbrowns
- 2 Cups half and half
- 2 Cups shredded cheddar
- 1 Cup grated parmesan
- 1lb cooked bacon (cut into strips)
- 1lb cooked breakfast sausage (I used maple)
- 1 Tsp pepper
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Cup green onions
- 1 shallot diced
Directions:
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl except the hash browns. Butter a casserole dish and place frozen hash browns on the bottom, topped with the egg mixture. Cover with foil and let rest in the fridge overnight.
- Bake covered in a 350 Degree oven for 90 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
